- 100% advance deposit required to guarantee booking.
- Cancellation before 30 days: no retention.
- Cancellation between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival: 50% retention.
- Cancellation received 14 days prior to arrival: 100% retention. Please be advised
- All bookings are tentative unless paid for in advance. The booking is not confirmed till we send you booking confirmation. In case we receive the payment and there are no rooms available, full booking amount will be refunded.
- Standard check-in time is 01:00 PM. and standard check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable.
- The tariff amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and incidentals (such as breakage, damages, food and beverage,etc.). These will be charged additionally.
- No extra charge for children five years and below sharing bed with parent. Child above 5 years will be charged extra.
